Our Company draws up the Risk Assessment Document on behalf of each Company, this is better known as the DVR which represents the document that the employer must draft pursuant to art. 28 of Legislative Decree 81/2008, where provided, prior to starting to commencing.This document represents the outcome of the assessment of company risks for the safety and health of workers and its primary objective is to identify and reduce and / or control the risk factors present, in compliance with national legislation and good practice standards
With the Legislative Decree 626/94, a very important figure was introduced, alongside the employer, for the management of safety and accident prevention in the company: the Head of the Prevention and Protection Service (RSPP).
The external RSPP Service is based on at least these points:
Assumption of the annual assistance assignment and acceptance of the appointment as external RSPP by a qualified professional for the macro sector of the company's activity;
Definition of the commitment (normally a maximum number of hours is defined at the customer's) and the activities to be carried out.
